Copy and Change Region

Apologies if this has been previously answered. I would like to copy my region 2 disks and then burn them as region1 (I moved to usa from Europe and can only play my dvds on pc!) Is there a piece of software/ procedure that will allow this?

I am currently using DVD-Region Free on my pc to get around it but it sucks I cannot play then on a standalone DVD player.

If you rip them first with dvddecryptor and then burn them (processing if needed to get size correct for destination disk(s)), you will have regionfree disks.
If it is the conversion from Pal to NTSC that is your question , then that is more complicated. Have a look here for info ..

Buy a cheap Chinese made DVD Player, most can playback PAL & NTSC and most are Region free as well. Thats the simplest and least cost solution.
