SiSoft Sandra reports that my CPU is 56.5C/133F and Board is 34C/93F
I have about the same fan configuration but with more fans sucking out than blowing in.
I thought that mine was too hot for ages but it's been the same for the last two years and I've had no trouble.
I would have thought that if it was too hot it would have failed before now.
What's that smell of burning? (only joking)

Your motherboard temp of 28 is good. That's a few degrees cooler than my temp of 31-32, depending on room temp (1900 XP overclocked to a bit under 2100). But your CPU is high. Mine ides at 50-51 by itself, or 42 with a utility like VCool, and stressed goes to 54. If your temp of 62 was an idle temp, I'd get a better HSF. Do a google search and you'll find reviews. I thinks there's one at Tom's Hardware site, and there are reviews at Tweaktown and AnandTech. You can't go wrong with an Alpha PAL8045 though, IMHO. And Don't forget Arctic Silver 3 for better thermal transfer.
