Cool Edit Pro

Can anyone point me to where I can get the latest version of Cool Edit Pro? Any better programs that you can recommend for WAV editing? I've been using Cool Edit for years and I like it because it's pretty simple. I wouldn't mind testing something different.

Sorry. I reasoned that, if you couldn't click it, it's not a direct link and cdrsoft couldn't appear in anyone's referrer log.
