I have a couple of DVD-R's with movies on them but they are in NTSC format. I let a friend borrow these to play on her PS2 but the picture is in black and white, yet a PAL movie is perfectly fine. Is there a way I can rip the VOB's and IFO from my DVD-R and then use a program to alter the colour format from NTSC to PAL and then burn back to a DVD-R?
