convert SVCD to avi

Can anyone tell me how to convert a SVCD (2 discs) to Avi (1 disc) please.....

Extract the mpeg file(s) from the SVCD and then add them to Vidomi to convert them to avi (divX)

Isobuster will do that for you. Run isobuster, right click the avseq01.mpg file and select Extarct but filter only M2F2 mpeg frames. You will now have a proper SVCD MPG file on your hd.

Then have a read of this tut at http://www.cdrbase.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1151 and load the SVCD mpg file in instead of the DVD vob file. Then follow rest of the tut.
