Easiest Tool Convert Dvd's Subtitle to srt

1. Thanks Fox Mulder for suggesting SubRip 1.15
It's really a good tool to rip DVD subtitle........
2.Do you have a another suggestion for the easy way to Convert DVD's subtitle to ".srt" without typing any charactor via OCR ??
I've found <b><a href="http://www.shooter.com.cn/?softid=subocr">SubOcr V0.98</a></b> but which one doesn't support English Charactor but just Chinese Simple.
