convert divx to svcd or vcd

hello there

can anyone tell me if there is any software where i can convert a divx file and split it in to vcd or svcd format if anyone can help me it would be much appriciated.

I have read some turtorials but since I don't have some programs installed on my system, and not ready to learn newer program since I still don't know much about some programs I already have (I mean I need more time to master what I have) so I still using the same old TMPGenc for just about everything I know it can do.

Simetime I use Wizard sometime I don't, and this is what the screen looks like.

:D :D :D I am just having fun toying with it! AVI2VCD didn't help still no audio, I spent little time searching for option to repair the AVI and downloaded the freeware DIVXFix, ran the original AVI file through it and it created a messed up AVI that can't be viewable and still no audio.

I have enough of fun with it so I played the original AVI on computer with the volume cranked to max (with subwoof) while playing the no audio on 36" screen TV ;)

Well, I can't beat it so I have to join it!
