Conver fat16 to fat32 in win95

I have a machine that the file allocation table is 16, I want to convert it to FAT32 without reinstalling. I wonder if there is a tool to do so. Thanks

Regards.

Win95 OSR2 supports fat 32.
The firts win32 does not. Win95 (A)
I think (as I remember) you find a tool that follows win95 osr2 under accesoires system tools, where you can do it.
Or you can use a thirdpart tool like partition magic or something from acronis, maybe you also can use part. From Rainish.

The tool is NOT included im Win95 OSR2, but an unsupported beta can be found....

http://www.csonline.net/bpaddock/cvtfat32/cvtfat32.htm

And the utils here
http://www.project9.com/fat32/
Will show you how much space you can expect to gain BEFORE you do it.

Remember - ONLY Win95 OSR2 or better will support it.

A trick for 95/95A and "just over 1Gb" drives, is to partition to just under 1Gb and halve the cluster size - you usually get more usable space, and can choose to size the remainder to allow you to store cab files, drivers or something!

an easier way to convert file structures is with partition magic or even system commander...that is of course if the O/S ur using recognizes fat32....if it doesnt when u reboot all files will be unviewable.....however system commander will let u reverse the file structure but partition magic wont allow u to go back to older file structures
