connectix vgs problem

Hope someone can help ..

i'm running

win98se
athlon 1800xp
397mb sdram 133
2 x 20gig hd
ecs mobo (AGP x4 enabled)
2 x cdrw (lite-on 40x12x48)(plex 40x12x48)
inno3d TNT2 model 64/model 64pro (AGP) video card with latest drivers


when i try to start the emulator my monitor use to freeze then loose signal..i fixed this by adjusting the refresh rate...

no thats fixed my monitor stays on but nothing happens the emulator fails to start and just leaves me with a slightly light screen. i have to ALT-DEL-CTRL to exit the prog.


can anyone help please

Did you try to re-install the prog?

all working fine ..found some better drivers for video card and updated to dirextx8.1 all works fine now cheers....link you gave me all downloads are broken i think..
