Connecting to EDonkey??

Hey everyone I just tried to use EDonkey for the first time and it can't connect to any of it's servers ...any advice??

ya a few things you can try, but I posted them already.
Update your server list with these 2 (just right click in the server section in donkey & click on "Get server list"):

Also set your connections to allow 50 & upload must be at least 10KB. Also make sure to share some files (at least 500). The first time you try to connect will be your hardest but then check your ID by checking the question mark (for about). The higher your number, the better connections you will get. Anything below 1million will not be very good.
Here is an example from mine:

If u use a firewall this might help.
When u check ur id also check if ur firewalled or open(g-enter). If it says firewalled(an indication that ur firewalled is low id number)try opening ports:
4661 TCP out
4665 UDP out
4662 TCP in
4665 UDP in
Also set ur line speed down to 99999.
