Confusion about the (-) and (+) formats.

It seems the developers of both formats are trying to say one is better than the other for compatability.I found an informative unbiased test here.

It depends where u live for which is best.
In the UK -r media is far cheaper than +r.
Also some older standalone players here do not support +r.
Most of the new ones do tho.
This may be different in other parts of the world.

Yeah..I think both formats will be around for a long time anyways.Media is heavily taxed in Canada.The (-) discs are way cheaper so it's an easy decision for me.

It seems the (+) developers are just pushing harder to sell their format on the consumer.Advertising does sell.

The -R's are also considerably cheaper in the US as well, and as a personal fav, I like the Ritek 4X certified.
