computer specs

please not post your computer specs in footnotes in forum. have seen one post like this. is waste of server space and peeps with modems, take too much time to load page! if can connect to forum, good enough! no one cares what you have unless have technical problems. posts not taken seriously if post like this.
if what have works, then what else need said?

I agree with you m8.

I'm a mod at another board and we are having server problems right now. Then you take a look at some members sig....and they are like 20 cm long, full of system specs and every $%*&$% game they own too sometimes!?!?!?!?

Let's not let this place get like that, as you say there is no good reason for it. ;)

Jep, that is true ...
We do not need to show off with specs :p
I know this is common on tweakers forum, but not really needed here .. :D

Sorry if 2 line spec info is too much but I have found it helpful when making enquiries towards hardware problems.

Also when discussing DVD encoding I find it helpful as a guide. If someone says that encoder X takes 5 hours to encode a movie it means very little without having some idea as to the specs of the machine that they are using. Please let me know if my minimal specs info is too much or are you refering to the full PC specs lists that are sometimes used ?
