compliance test failed

hi, i'm new to all this, but if any1 can help, i would b very greatful.
i,m trying to burn a dvd form a downloaded film, with nero startsmart, but i start to burn and get "compliance test failed" keep coming up, any ideas. please help me

It's actual name should be "Nero Startsilly".
Follow the forum tutorials, and you won't be dissaapointed- unless you've downloaded crap.
