codec problem?

i downloaded bourne idenity..and tried to look at it...i uce nemo codec 5 build 8..so i started the movie in ms mediaplayer...and the movie played..but it hade blocks all over the screen and wierd backgrounds ..lika bad encoding or someting....tried to play it with div-x player alpha 2..and it didn't start the file...tried to start other div-x movie..and it works fine...what can be the problem? i have had the same problem with another movie also

sounds like you have a troublesome codec use graphedit to find
out what codec is actualy being used to play the movie
remove the codec once its been identified and the it should play

YES!!!

i downloaded the newest X-VID codec and the ff show codes..and uninstalld NEMOS codec pack..and now everything works great! YEAHAAAAA

XviD and DivX are based on a same mpeg4 codec but they are not the same codecs... maybe you are downloaded Bourne Idenity encoded with XviD or maybe (?) you have a slow machine and you neded ffdshow filters...
Any way, enjoy watching it...

That is a good idea.
Only use the codecs u think you need from this pack.
A full install of this has given a lot of people problems, including myself.
