clonedvd burning problems

Hi people, new to using clonedvd, have encountered this problem, after i have used dvd decrypter, then clonedvd, when i go to hit the to write button, this msg error comes up.
c;/program files/elaborate bytes/clonedvd/eraser/pal/video_ts/ ifo:3 unable to open file tce.
can someone please point me in the right direction.
