Ok, i am new to burning dvd's but i have used some different approach's to see what is better. BUT, I don't have an explaination for this and thought someopne might be able to explain, so here it goes ![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I use insert my dvd into my drive and explore to the Video Folder (Which is 7.42gig). I then copy it over to my HD. I decided to give the latest CloneDVD a whirl to see how it worked and low and behold it worked fine. I wanted to see how much it compressed the files to fit them on 1 dvd-r. I was suprised to find out when i highlighted the folder on the dvd-r it was 7.42gig.
Every other method i have used "shrunk" the files in one way or another. But not in this case??
Can someone please explain how this could be?
Thanks
