CloneCD Time Bombs

I've always heard about time bombs in CloneCD, and about the need sometimes to use a CloneCD cleaner. Does installing with something like Norton CleanSweep remove everything is you monitored the install, or does manually editing the registry work searching for entries like the program directory you used and terms like CloneCD and elby? Thanks.

since the early 2xxx version clone cd made registry entries with irelevant names

the best way to clen it is manualy if you know the keys you have to deleate
