clonecd problem help please

Hello all hope you are all ok

anyway my problem is (although it's not a true problem) that when i do a "backup" of any cd "on-the-fly" using clonecd it starts off fine then about 3% all my buffers empty and stay like that until the end of the "backup" procedure is complete. although the "backups" seem to be fine this just causes me a little concern. Have i got a system problem???? see below for my specs..

cheers all

cheers once again pokopiko

I have often thought about using a pci ide controller maybe it is worth looking into..thanks for the advice as i say the backups that i burn are usally vcd (well i only do audio and vcd on the fly)and so far 99% of the backups i've done have been sound.(other 1% was due to dodgey media)

Your help is much apprieciated m8

cheers
