clone dvd error

Hi all ,
just found this very interesting site thought i'd visit .You guys are really knowledgeable in this cdr to dvd backing up area.Maybe you could help me with this query.When using clone dvd to back up my movies i encounter an error (10 0 W2 error ).What exactly does this mean?

Welcome.
Are they back ups or are they originals? I going to guess and say clone dvd is not decoding the dvd. You may want use to DVDDecrptyer to do that, in fact just use this. If thats not it give us more info.
