Clone CD RegCleaner v.1.7 cleaned my registry. Need Help!

After install Clone Cd, I installed Clone CD RegCleaner v.1.7 to clean the registration of the software, that is my understanding of what this software is for. Unfortunately, I think this software cleaned the registry of my computer!!!

I use Win 2000 in a LAN. After I log in, I can only see my wallpaper. There is nothing else! No icons, No Start Bar....All the key seemed locked, except "CTRL+SHFT+DEL".

Can someone tell me how to restore this?

Sorry, I guess there isn´t a way to go back !
Once the program was released I did check it on my Windows 2k system and it did work without any problems !
Seems like some people to have troubles with it ..
I added now a comment about this @ cdrsoft.cc
So, sorry about this !
Next time make a backup and give CleanUp a try :)
