How do install the plug in if I don't have Premiere. On installation the plugin bit is greyed out so I assume it is looking for something...???

Yes your right, it is looking for something, its called Premiere !

As mb1 said, do not double post (please read our rules, we dont have many) and if you simply used the Search button at the top of the page, you would have found your answer quicker than the time taken to post these questions.
