ChickenMan: xBox, PS2 DivX tutorial maybe?

I read where xBox and PS2 now supports DivX, but don't have a clue what software to install on these game stations, or which format to use (CD-R/CD-RW)? If you know anything about this, is Vidomi the best route to go here? i don't own a xBox or PS2, but newphews do and after viewing one of my SVCD's, they were impressed and I told them it is highly possible to get the same, or better video quality (DVD backup) and play on game console(s).

Sorry but I dont have an XBox nor a PS2 and absolutely no interest in them what-so-ever myself.

Best to post again in the console section. A divx is a divx whatever platform its played on. U may find they only play a certain version. Not really a question for us film buffs.

Maybe of no help but DC plays divx and VCD (not SVCD)

DREMCAST I CAN ANSWER:-

yes this divx player plays divx but struggles with large full cd divx and also if its been encoded in XVID then its a no go

i have both the VCD boot disk and this DIVX disk and they work fine sometimes they are a little laggy but what ya expect a dcast is a 200mhz processor runnin windows CE
