i downlaod all these tv show eposides and from what i can see most of them are in codec div4 and 1 is div 3 i beed to convert these too mpeg so i can burn on vcd and is there a away to make the picture beter without all the blurryness. plz answer as soon as u get this it is a presesnt for one of my friends thx.

I use Chickenmans method to encode divx to vcd and I never get blurry pictures!
If u get blurry pictures then the oririganal format (before encoding to divx) must have been already blurry.
Unfortunately u r a bit stuffed then!
Make sue u use the coreect ntsc or pal template in tmpgenc.

Newbee alert!, but I'll take a shot at it.

You may need to deinterlace before encoding.

In TMPGEnc go to settings/advanced and doubleclick on deinterlace. This will give you various choices which you can preview on screen. Choose the best one for you and then encode.
