Change:
-clear up some of the unstability issues that have cropped up recently
-CWP's cpuType module and scripts are now included
- isolinux module will now read the isolinux.cfg file after CD Shell exits
-module template has been updated
- skeleton module included for those interested in making their own CD Shell modules
