cdrtools Front End is a (surprise, surprise) front end for cdrtools. It can also burn cue-/bin-Images using cdrdao. Also supports mode2cdmaker.

Thank you. Just burned a couple of disks with it, and it does seem to be very good- missing some nice BAO features, but having some equally nice of its own.
Unlike some other free apps it does not look as pretty/ugly as Nero, and thank god, it does NOT immitate their burning qualities, either!

Looks like it supports "Mode 2 CD" - but remember, the extra capacity means compromised integrity - it MAY be useful for Divx video if it can survive errors with only temporary glitching in the output.
