CDMate - tried it again, and...

...I'm impressed ! I copied a three cd vcd, and used Nero first, (successful, just under 10 mins) Clone next (successful around 10 mins) and CD Mate last, - successful, just over 6 mins !

All are good quality recordings. so after not being happy when I tried it first time, I was very happy this. Although, to be honest, this is only the first attempt. Anyone else try it again after furiously taking it off after the first tyime of coasters ??
I used the latest, 2.2.3.8

Yo Phil K been testin dis for awhile now but not copied any vcd doh I av been able 2 copy a few protected pc games use may Sony CD-RW CRX140E burner wit firmware Revision: 1.0n aok as posted in forum a few weeks bak. Even wit 2236 version. CDMate and Clonecd 3341 are the only programs Ive used so far and got workin copies from usin Sony 2 burn..Mi Plextor ok most times 95% wit right setting.
Sorry alot of de time I use Vegas Video 3, 4 mi video tingz wicked program but datz another ting!

Hmm. Never heard of Vegas...tell us more, Rasta mate.

I've never tried protected disks on CDMate, but it seems its a good bet for doing such. So you didn't have to fiddle around with settings and such on CDMate ? Even more impressive...

i use cd-mate for everything.............vcd, audio, pc, psx, havent had a coaster yet! done around 50 burns so far with this program including a few protected ones. i didnt change any settings just put the cd in and copied it. I have a lite-on 241040.

Peaceful coexistance?

Just wondering if this app can hang out with the likes of Nero & EZ CD etc on the same system?
Always willing to try another but it is a pain to uninstall one (and hope that it isreally all gone) and install another.
Looking 4 success stories but will accept (what choice?) reality.

Well, mate - I am running NTI, Nero, Clone Feurio and CDMate at the same time with no probs ! To be honest I am thinking of cutting it down to just Nero clone and CDMate now. But I am having no probs.
