CD Reader missing from Nero 6 in Windows XP

For some odd reason, Nero 6 cannot see my CD Reader while logged in as a regular user in Windows XP. It only sees the CDRW drive. If I am logged in as the admin all drives show up. I figure it is a permissions issue, but where to I look? Has anyone seen this before?

If you are the only user, just use as admin. that way you can do anything, with no restrictions.

Control Panel>>>>User Accounts>>>>> Switch off "User Account."
