CD Image editing question

I have some images in BIN-CUE and CCD CloneCD format.
What do I have to do for adding a file or a directory to an image that is already in these formats? For example, with a game, put the Crack directory in the Image? I know I can extract the files with ISOBuster, add the new files and then repack again the image but this only extract the files, not the CD structire, and I don't want to lost the CD structure.

Thanks all, I will try. My images are not PS images. Must of them are PC games. I have a LITEON 24/10x that can burn Safedisc 2 without trouble, and some images that I download are made on a Safedisc 2 capable reader. But I would like to add directories with patches and Add ons, most of the cds have space for this. That is why its important for me to not destroy the CD structure (Safedisc 2), not all my games are using cracks so the CD stucture is still important.

no chance to editing/adding files without destroing CloneCD image
reason is simply, you only modify the *.img and not *.sub too;
then original *.sub doesn't match with modified *.img --> CloneCD shows an error, when loading image

you can only modifying images, which have no separately subchannel data (like *.bin, *.nrg or *.iso)
