CCE Encoding Error!!!! Help Chickenman!

Hi Guys,

While following chickenmans fine SVCD tutorial and trying to convert "The Nightmare Before Christmas" (PAL 25fps) on 2 pass vbr I get (or any multipasss)
: CCE encoding failed: error checksum is different from that of previous pass source video data or time code may be different. Please check video tape or the information file.

current: check sum = 00e0fd44
previos: check sum = 00e0fd22

my friend also gets this on three and four pass vbr. But on one pass vbr its fine!!!????

Please Help Guys!!!!!!! I am using the tutorial and the programs suggested.

Oh by the way I did search the forum with the said search button
with "CCE CRC error" and it did not find anything relevant.
