i am using nero 6 and when i try to make a vcd from divx sometimes when its finished decoding it says file to big for disc and i cant save the decoded film which is in mpeg,i have the tools to split it later but i cant save it,is there any way of decoding it first as all the converters ive tried dont seem to work or is there a way of saving it through nero

I would strongly suggest using something other than Nero to make your VCD's, its quality is quite poor. TMPGEnc is one of the best, check out http://www.dvdrbase.com/showthread.php?t=161
