Can't Read Multi Session CD in Win2k Pro

I recently installed Win 2k Pro and it's great but I found that a multi session CD I burned in Win 98se can't be read in Win 2k Pro. I can access the first session but not the other sessions burned and I need the data from those later sessions.

How can I access and get those files burned in later sessions?

Also, does this mean that I can't burn multi session CDs in Win 2k Pro and access them? I have relied on that means of backing up data and it's a waste of a disk if I can't burn multi sessions because I won't be able to access them.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

for sure W2k is great and usually it don't have problems with multisession CDRs, they are native supported by the OS;

you didn't mentioned what software you used to burn your (maybe non-standard) multisession CDRs in W98SE; also you should tell us, did you a W2k fresh install or an uprade from W98SE (upgrade process is allways not recommended);

What burning software do you have installed (had installed since W2k setup)?
some applications (e.g. Roxio's or Nero6) are well known to screw up the CDR parts of OSs;

one way to get back the unvisible session should be "Finalizing" the CDR in a burning application;
another is using recovery software like Arrowkey's "CD/DVD Diagnostic" (http://www.arrowkey.com);

and once again usually there are no problems with burning and reading multisession CDRs in W2k; there must be a problem with your written data or with your setup;
