Cant play burned dvd on stand alone player

Can someone please help me.....I just finished backing up a dvd movie onto a dvd +r .I followed LAZ directions (The Totally FREE & Easy DVD Backup guide ) and when i was finished i played it on my computer and it worked great but when i tried it on my stand alone player it would not work? I have also backed up a dvd movie onto dvd +r using LAZ (How to identify and Backup a DVD 5 DVD ) and it worked in my computer and in my stand alone player?

Most probably this is a media compatibility isssue... you might like to tell us which standalone player you have so we can check which media are liked by it, if any.

I am using an RCA DVD player Model # RC5240P They will not play in my Playstation 2 either. They play when i backup DVD5 but they dont when i backup DVD9

what dvd stand alone players are compatable with plextor px-708a ?

I would appreciate a list of stand alone dvd players that work with plextor px-708a

You have to tell us your player...brand name, model number,or we can't help.Every player is different.

Or you can do your own search here. It has nothing to do with the Plextor,really.You must match the player's capabilities.

You obviously burnt the working copy with DVD Decrypter.
What program did you use to burn the non-working copy, and what file system options did you choose? I suspect that's the problem.
