Can't Install SP1 - Strange Error

Every time I try to install SP1 for Windows XP Pro. It crashs when its inspecting my system. The error says: Service Pack 1 Setup Error: Service Pack Setup canceled. Anyone know whats up?

Hi,

That just happended to me too, my WinXP Home Edition is 100% legal (not that your's isnt), I had altered some settings using XP Anti-Spy Proggy, including the entry for XPReg and the Licence one. Just put them to normal (enabled) and XP SP1 should install.
