can't get ezcd5 to work with xp

I've tried the instuctions roxio put up and I can't get ezcd5 to work. I got it to work fine when I updated from 98se to xp but on my newer system which I just installed xp from scratch it won't work. it keeps crashing on me. does anyone now how to fix this?

the new system is a amd 1.7 burner is yamaha 2200e

Have you downloaded the latest update from Roxio?

If not that is probably why it will now not work with XP.
