Can't Convert

I have got a Mpeg file being 2.24GB and I can't convert it to dvd in TMPGEnc, I have tried several times but it doesn't convert because it comes up with an error that the resolution is wrong. How do I cahnge this or can I convert it in a different program?

So by TMPGEnc you mean TMPGEnc DVD Author then?

I guess for TMPGEnc you would need to either patch the header or re-encode so that it is compliant for real. Might also want to check out DVDLab instead.
