Canopus Procoder vs. CCE

Anyone found or tried out Procoder yet. It may be better than CCE or maybe not. Eager to try it out!

Haveing a read at their home site, they quote it can do a 2 pass VBR encode, thats similar to TMPGEnc. But CCE can do 3, 4, 5 or more passes to improve even further the quality. No mention of SVCD or VCD, just MPEG1 & 2 using their codec.

So I doubt it.
