Cannot post in News Forum - Is ~The Forum~ Site gone??

I tried to post in the news forum, but I get the "you have no access" page instead.
Anyway, here's mt question:
Is ~The Forum~ down now??
I'm referring to this address:

h**p://theforum.321host-it.com/index.php?s=

There was mention about it going down or moving. Anyone know anything?

Hi bud.Welcome to the forum!You can only reply to threads in the News and Info section.It is setup that way for news and articles by the mods and admins.

I tried the link you gave but the page wouldn't load for me.
