Can we have 'em dead old STICKY subjects removed?

I have noticed that some forums have quite afew STICKY subjects which don't do much good but pushing other subjects down lower and lower to bottom of screen

I don't mean about the RULES but subjects about the pretty old APPZ and others no longer important. Or just remove the "STICKY" icon so they can get old and dead like all regular subjects?
