hi fellas

can you help me i have a telescene dvd and i want to back it up...........but i am having trouble galore i have tried the following

decrypter,dvd clone,dvd shrink,nero ultra ( with recode 2).........but i just cant back it up......i have tried burning from hardrive and everything...........i have also printed of the instructions for dvd to dvd-r on this forum but with no luck........am i doing something wrong......or does anybody know a better programme to use its driving me nuts now and i need help asap.............the trouble seems to arise on the read format on the last file the timer counts down and when it reaches 0...........it just goes crazy.........then suddenly i get upto 15 retries on the read

check the disk for marks or dirt or scratches then try backing the disk up with decrypter using file mode then reburn using nero using dvd video to burn it just drop all the files into the VIDEO_TS folder and burn in nero

or also if you have it use DISKJUGGLER read and write from the same burner

Sounds like a dodgy DVD, had this loads of times and found that
what cant be read by one DVDrom/writer can at least 90% of the
time be read by another
I have 2 writers and 2 dvdroms and usaully between them I can
make a backup if you cant use another reader youll have to get
another copy
