Calling Proxomitron Experts...

I am not good at writing filters, so does any of you Proxomitron expert knows how to write the following:

URL Match: Match all the URLs except the URLs in the lists...

or

Send customized User-Agent to specified sites while don't send the User-Agent header for any other site...
