Check this out :- h**p://www.pcworld.com/news/article/0,aid,94083,00.asp

They can't sort it out themselves so rely on all the do-gooders out there to snitch!

Like this will work.:p

Well if they didn't...

Exploit the ignorant with insane prices then people may be more inclined to buy!

I went into the Edinburgh branch the other day for a DVD-R disc... PCworld price £15.49!!!

Then I went into Silicon Group, their price £1.39!!!

Both for a 4.7GB disk!!

Work that one out!

PC World

They do have some good points.
Because in my experience 99% of the staff have little or no computer nouse, people sell their system through frustration after a few months. These 2nd hand systems are good start ups for newbys to learn abit about things.
Theres software to keep them happy for a couple of months and the they can butcher the system and learn how to build their own computer.
I've had 2 Pc World comps and the only thing that remains is the f monitor from the first and the case from the second.
God bless em!:p

I admit I go there any time I'm really depressed and need a good laugh.

Those prices never fail, I'm almost wetting myself by the time I leave! :D :p :D
