Its just that you did my dizzy duck avatar for me (thanks bundles mate - love it to death !) But a few other forum need the thing to be smaller still ! (20k and 100x100pix) and I dont have a clue where to start. (useless eh ?) I have downloaded a trial of Macromedia Fireworks and have Irfanview (love that prog !) so could you give me an idea of where to start ? Thanks mate.

As joripe has already mentioned, I used Animation Shop 3 that installs when you install Paint Shop Pro. Just click on re-size and ener the dimensions you want, okay, then save, simple.

Nope, it is reducing but it seems no matter how much i reduce it, it is too much above 20k. Not worth doing any more on it. Cheers anyway !

My daughter did better than me and my son snorts with contempt at my pathetic attempts (not that he makes any attempt to help !) I had actually come up with a couple of fair ideas (static though) but this is better !
(My daughter and my niece are puzzled by me using a rubber duck - and to be honest, so am I !! Its a laff though !!!)
