Buttons Are Disabled

I've just gotten DVDStripper and have filled-in all five fields, but the Rip, Back and Next buttons are disabled, as are the Tools, Selection and Viewer items on the menu bar. And, while my DVD drive letter shows up in the drop-down list, it doesn't identify the type of drive the way it does in the help file.

Anybody know what could be going on?

I had the same problem with this program and a thread that is covering it is http://www.dvdrbase.com/showthread.php?t=36668 .

I figured out that if I set my virtual drives in Daemon Tools to 0 (no drives) DVDStripper would work fine. This worked fine one time, and since then I have the same problem. (Have never even been able to use this program yet because of this). If anyone else has had this problem and found a solution, please post it?

Hi artcabot and welcome to the forums

do you use any networks etc? You can try installing DVDDecrypter again on the same logon as DVDStripper program as it looks like the DVDDecrypter path is not being picked up by DS from the registry. Some have had success by reinstalling DVDDecrypter again

Here I am, waiting for e-mail notification, which I guess doesn't work (or I did something wrong)...

Thanks for the reply --- I knew nothing about DVDDecrypter, I only downloaded DVDStripper. Let's see what happens now.
