burning with nero

help help help trying to burn dvd+r data disk with nero 60019
when near completion error message appears "could not perform end of disk at once"
using a btc dvd+-writer
intel 2.4 chip
xp pro os

Cant help much dont use Nero (im a recordnowmax fan) but I'm sure U will get some good advice but a few more details woud help

eg burner/media/Op system/PC stats (chip etc)
