Burning Problems w/Nero Express V5.5.10.4

I'm trying to burn some backup files from my hardrive and I keep getting the same message saying "The listed files have no unique Joliet name" then it stops the burn process. It's always in the temporary internet files. I've deleted all *.tmp files and I still get the same message. I'm using "Data Disk" selection to burn. OS is Windows 95.
Does anyone know why I get this message? Thanks!

I thought it said something different for the name being too long, but it sounds like there are files with names not unique if truncated to the joliet limit.

It's also possible there may be some disk structure errors - have you run SCANDISK recently to check?

Is there a reason you're backing up "Temporary Internet files" - if it is a full backup you're doing (not sure that Nero Express did that) then it may be worth clearing the Browser cache using Internet Options

would be rational using a real, sector based backup program; but i don't know if there is freeware around for doing this;
might be worth to take a look at our Freeware rubric;
