Burning just not happening

I have used Bulkpaq 4x and Datawrite Reds V3, but I cannot get a successful burn.. I have used Nero6, DVD platinum and clone cd. The biggest problem I have (when it does write) is the last segment of the disc always becomes unreadable; whether it's a movie or just a large data backup.

Sounds like a media problem try any disk with Ritek G04 dye + make your burns 4.250 GB to keep away from the edge of the disk
