Burning iso files

Hi Guys & Gals
Can some one tell me if there any settings i need to change within Alcohol120% as i can mount the image of the programme i want to load on the virtual drive and run it.
But when i tried to burn to disc an error came up and ejected the disc.

Not sure where i'm going wrong as i new to Alcohol and burning iso's

Hi Roadworker

I can mount it on the virtual drive and i've copied it across to a folder in windows explorer and can see all it's contents, but i'm not sure if i'm burning it properly in alcohol? i'm using ver 1.9.2 if thats any help.

I'll give it a try, just had a look at what i tried to burn it on before and it was on
Datatype= Customize
Write Method= dao/sao write ticked

Ticked Enable Buffer Underrun
No ticks on the next to boxes

The lowest speed it will let me write at is 40x

hmmmmmmm \Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 CD 1.iso are you REALLY that desperate to burn this ISO !? the problems people have with CREATOR why bother at all !? :confused: :)

Select "device" option -->rescan cd/dvd devices and use another brand of cd.
You should be able to select lower speeds than 40X

west ham prolly have a better chance than running creator hassle free bud ;)

follow roadys advice :)

you should be able to burn this with just the normal profile in alcohol as its a .iso you can also use other programs to burn this such as burnatonce :)

you should also be able to burn this iso with DVD DECRYPTER using the burn iso settings just make sure your burner is selected as the writer if you have more than one burner in your machine :)
