Burning Error Message

Help......I am trying to copy and burn a home dvd. The error message that I'm getting is "Access Violation at address 10003E13 in module 'vobsvc.ax'. Read address 00000000.
I don't have a clue what this means.
I hope that someone can help. Thanxs

Wouldn't you provide us some infos more?
e.g. what software you use, how do you copy (entire process), what software shows this error message;

Sorry. I am using pinnacle Instant copy. I want to make a straight copy of the disk, I don't want to change anything about it. The above message is displayed just after I instruct it to copy.

don't use IC for the ripping process;
