What is the easiest way to burn an ogm file?

Easiest way is to burn it as is, although I suspect that you mean easiest way to convert.
Any program that can accept input via dshow should be able to just convert it same as any other source. Could also remux the video to AVI and convert as usual. Generally the audio will be vorbis and therefor can't be stored in an AVI unless you decode it first.

Yeah TMPGEnc should work fine as it can accept stuff via dshow. Does it have multiple audio streams though?

I don't know about the audio streams but TMPGEnc converted it to vcd without any probs. Thanks for your help.
