Burning a .BIN.EXE file???

I might have asked this before but i don't think it was ever resolved. I have SIm City 4 that i got off Kazaa. Both CD's came as .BIN.EXE files I extracted them with ISOBuster but instead of extracting as an ISO (I'm not sure what settings to pick to do that) it extracted all the files as if off a CD. I tried installing it out of the folders but it keeps asking me to insert disc 2. So i'd like to just burn them both out and run them off the discs for the ease of it, but i don't know who to turn these in ISO file.

it could be due to the fact you have a double extension on the files there logic would tell you how to fix this Double extension

As solaris said this is warez so please avoid askin in future !!
